The Director of Property Engineering (DOE) path is a course of study designed for Hilton Worldwide’s Property Director of Engineering. This learning path enables our Engineering Leaders to drive energy efficiency strategy within their hotels and ensure that the teams under their direction have a strategic approach to energy usage, in support of Hilton Worldwide’s commitment to Living Sustainably. Your hotel may have specific timelines for recommended or required courses. Please verify with your Regional Head of Engineering. These are recommended courses based on your position, but you are welcome to explore additional courses if you desire throughout the other position paths.
