National Grid Basic

The National Grid Basic Training path is a course of study primarily designed for National Grid’s energy management professionals. This learning is designed to enhance our energy management professionals with the basic knowledge of energy management as it relates to improving energy efficiency and reducing the energy usage and Green House Gas (GHG) emissions at a facility. This initial set of learning is a baseline to begin the process of identifying opportunities for energy efficiency in a facility, allowing employees to develop energy efficient solutions to help our customers’ save. This path is required for all energy management professionals in Program Strategy, Market Strategy, Marketing, Alliance & Vendor Strategy, Sales and Program Operations, Environmental and Procurement and is recommended for all Managers and Directors in the Customer group.
