GENIUS Team Lead - Basic Training

The GENIUS Team Lead Basic Training path is a course of study primarily designed for Merck's/MSD's GENIUS Leaders. This learning path enables our GENIUS Leaders to develop and implement an energy efficiency strategy at their facility and ensure that their site energy program has a strategic approach to improving energy efficiency and reducing the site's energy usage and GHG emissions. This initial set of learning is a baseline to begin the process of identifying opportunities for energy efficiency in a facility. This path is required learning for all Site GENIUS Team Leaders, and is recommended for Facility Managers and anyone with an interest in learning more about Energy Management.
